"After a few jumps on the trampoline and some pretty steady strides down the balance beam (such a gymnast!) at Fern Adair — a rehearsal space about 15 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip — Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger got down to rehearsing for our 2007 VMA Pre-Show Royale.
I’m not going to give away too many secrets about the set, but let’s just say the gymnastic shoes will come in handy.
Nicole danced for two hours — very sexy. Our producer was drooling. Even I felt like I’d gotten a lap dance just watching her.
Then Lil Wayne showed up (early, if you can believe it) to rehearse his part. I was surprised by how sweet he was. He was practically blushing when Nicole danced around him while he rapped. What a pair.
Gonna be hot!"
